Reset your password

There are two different ways for you to reset your Ground Signal password. 

Forgot Your Password?

The first is by simply clicking on the “Forgot your password” link from the sign in screen. Then, simply type the e-mail address associated with the account you wish to reset. 

Shortly after, you will receive an email with a link to change your password. If you don't see that e-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder and add "noreply@groundsignal.com" to your address book. The e-mail should look something like this.

Once you've clicked on "Change my password", you will be prompted to enter a new password in a window that look something like this.

Type in your new password then click on "Change Password". You have now successfully changed your password.

Password Reset

The second method for changing your password is by resetting your account password from your account settings. To reset your password from inside the platform, click on the initials icon at the top-right hand side of the page then select  “Account Details” from the dropdown menu. 

From the Account Details page, select the "Users" tab from the left-side navigation bar. You will see your account information in the Manage Users page. If you're an administrator and have multiple users on your team, their information will appear in your “Manage Users” screen.

To change the password of your account or any other users, simply select the Edit button next to the user name you want to change. You will then see the option to add a new password.

Once you've typed in your new password, click the “Update” button.

You have now updated your Ground Signal password.
